Avocado smashed with onion, tomato, lime and garlic rests on toasted country loaf from Le Fournil. Topped with cucumber, radish, everything but the bagel seasoning and black salt.

Green & red cabbage slaw chopped with snap peas, scallion, microgreens, cilantro, dried cranberies and cashew on butter lettuce. Served with housemade Tamari ginger dressing.

Cucumber, tomato, Kalamata olive, artichoke, pickled onion and feta crumbles on a bed of chopped romaine. Served with housemade Greek inspired dressing.
